Please read these terms of use before ordering. By using this website you signify your agreement to these terms. By accepting these terms of use through your use of the website, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. All billing information provided must be truthful. Providing any untruthful information is a breach of these terms of use. By confirming your purchase during the checkout process, you agree to pay for the item(s) requested.

Order Acceptance 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified for accuracy. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Payment Methods 

Our site is equipped with secure server for handling credit card orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This also includes bank "debit cards". Credit card "billing" addresses must match the card holder's shipping address. Orders sent to an address other than the card billing address, must also show the card holder's address.

We also accept pre-payment by Money Order, or Cashier's Bank Check. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders. Pre-payments should be sent to Auto Professional Detail Products, 3929 Deerpoint Lake Dr., Panama City, Florida   32409

Shipping Information

Most orders ship in 1-2 working days.  Many orders will be shipped that same day.  We stock all of our products.  In the rare instance that a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email. 

Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with shipping confirmation. Orders over 200 lbs. or large equipment, ship via motor freight.

Auto Professional Detail Products does not sell products out of North America, nor do we ship to APO addresses. The 60-90 day wait for USPS claims has made that impossible.

Additional Fees

Orders shipped outside the Continental United States may include additional freight. We will notify you of this charge by email. If you accept, we will proceed with the order the same day. Shipments to Canada include handling, packing and insurance. They do not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These fees are the receiver's responsibility upon arrival.

Over-weight or over-sized packages may include an additional UPS fee. (Note: UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address). Pallet shipments may include "single shipment" or "residential" charge. All shipping charges include insurance. Shipping addresses must be correct. If any part is incorrect or missing, UPS will charge back $5.00 to the customer for address correction. UPS also charges a return fee for any refused package, which will be your responsibility and deducted from your return credit. Florida residents must add a 6% sales tax.

15 Day Return Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with an item and it is in original, resell condition, call for a return authorization number. You will receive return instructions at that time. Credit on returned items, in resalable condition, will be for the amount of the item only. Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer. Special Order merchandise is not returnable.

MSDS Information

Product Material Safety Data information sheets, or MSDS, may be obtained by calling our office. Give us the product name and the manufacturer when you place the call.

Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Auto Professional Detail Products, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits that result from the distribution or use of, or the inability to use, the content or materials on this website, or delays in delivery of any purchased products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Auto Professional Detail Product's total liability to you exceed the amount paid.
